Design. Develop. Dominate.

About the Lab

When creating new movement patterns, gaining velocity, increasing bat speed, or really making any substantial gains, we believe it comes down to a couple of major points. The first one, putting in the work consistently. This means putting in the work, day in and day out. Developing any type of skill takes time and a ton of focused reps. This leads to the second one, individualized programming designed to target each athlete’s weaknesses. At 802 Baseball Lab, we base our training methods around this philosophy.

How we do this is simple. Using the latest technology, each athlete comes through the lab goes through an assessment process that allows us to design training programs based on the individual athlete's needs. Not only are we able to customize programming, but we will be able to track progress over time. As for the focused reps, our athletes get programming 5-6 days a week through Driveline’s TRAQ software. This software also allows for easy access to an athlete’s program outside of the Lab so they can get their work done remotely. Basically, after the assessment, it just comes down to how many times a week an athlete wants to get their work in at the facility with a trainer.
